The subject of sale is registered in zk.ul. 768, plot no. ZGR 181/2 and plot no. ZGR 184, property of the debtor in 29/42 share and zk.ul. 1549, plot no. 1893/5 and plot no. 1893/7, property of the debtor in 35/42 share. Plot no. ZGR 181/2 and plot no. ZGR 184 are located in the built-up part of the settlement's construction area, while plot no. 1893/5 and plot no. 1893/7 are located outside the construction area, intended as other agricultural land, forests and forest land. Properties in the construction area in nature represent a road and a plot with the remains of a house, and plots outside the construction area are unregulated land overgrown with natural vegetation.
