The subject of sale is registered in zk.ul. 870, plot no. 93/1 ZGR, house with area 180 m2, plot no. 93/2 ZGR, shed with area 144 m2, plot no. 1337/23, pasture with area 320 m2, plot no. 1386/4, arable land with area 237 m2, plot no. 1388/2, pasture with area 94 m2, plot no. 1389, pasture with area 400 m2 and zk.ul. 629, plot no. 1337/12, pasture with area 252 m2. All plots are owned by the debtor in full. The total land area is 1,627.00 m2, of which within the building area (built-up part of building area) 818 m2 (plot no. 93/1 ZGR., plot no. 93/2 ZGR., plot no. 1388/2 and plot no. 1389), and outside the building area 809 m2 (remaining properties).
